Inspired by Pozol, a Pre-Columbian Mexican beverage, made with fermented corn dough and roasted cacao. Our “Pozolito Lindo” Porter was created in collaboration with Cultura Chocolate out of the Westwood neighborhood in Denver and Cerveceria Cielito Lindo in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Brewed with unfermented cocoa nibs, cocoa husks, and nixtamalized corn from Cultura Chocolate. The resulting brew is a nice balance of nice earthy cocoa nibs and a touch of sweet chocolate from the husks
