South Downing Street Menu

Monday, Sept. 16th

- Course 1- Tempura squash blossoms, Texas blue crab & house made herbed ricotta 

- Paired with- Dortmunder Lager

- Course 2- Crispy saffron risotto cakes, roasted wild mushrooms, smoked asparagus, pea soubise

- Paired with- Lemongrass Jasmine Rice Lager

Course 3- Fall apple salad, butter lettuce, cosmic crisp apples, Palisade peach gastrique, spent grain cracker

- Paired with- Rye Amber Ale

- Course 4- Braised short ribs, sweet potato puree, pomegranate glaze grilled brussel sprouts, crispy leeks  

- Paired with- Barrel Aged Tripel

-Final Course- Grilled lemon pound cake, marinated Palisade peaches, strawberries & sesame brittle

- Paired with - B.A. Graham Cracker Porter Collaboration with WhistlePig Whiskey

Lowry Menu

- Course 1- Spaetzle “pasta” salad,  mushrooms, carrots, red onions, red bell peppers, thyme garlic dressing

- Paired with - Oktoberfest Märzen

- Course 2-  Batzda German beer cheese, cream cheese, house made pretzel sticks,  beer brats

- Paired with- Crispy Bits Dunkel

Course 3- Herbed chicken roulade, Backyard Buzz beer mustard, braised cabbage, apples,  bacon bits 

- Paired with- Fennel Frontier

- Course 4-  Pork schnitzel, potato dumplings,  crispy bits veloute

- Paired with- Festbier 

- Final Course- Black forest torte–chocolate cake, cherry gelee, white chocolate mousse

Graham Cracker Porter anglaise

Tuesday, Oct. 1st

- Course 1-  Salade de Pommes butter lettuce, crisp apple, aged white farm cheddar, smoked apple vinegarette

- Paired with - Pomegranate Pink Peppercorn Kolsch

- Course 2-  Carrote et Canard, seared duck breast, roast carrot two ways, smoked Maldon salt

- Paired with- Apricot Sumac Pils

- Course 3- Rissoto d'automne, creamy rissoto with tempura pumpkin, delicata, acorn squash

- Paired with-  Oktoberfest Märzen

- Course 4-  Dons de la terre, Graham Cracker Porter brown butter bacon wrapped pork medallion & maque choux 

- Paired with- Rye West Coast IPA

- Final Course-  Galette, ear, apple, frangipane, Vanilla bean ice cream, basil syrup
