An event to celebrate a fresh frozen treat that is truly a staple in Mexico. Mi gente, we are announcing our cervezas and paletas pairing for Saturday, June 18th! A celebration of ingredients and flavors that will kick off Summer fiestas. 

 

One ticket will give you 5 cervezas and 5 paletas. The cervezas will be a 5oz pour and the paletas will be a sample size big enough to dip right into your cerveza taster. Courtesy of Yum Yums Ice Cream and our very own pastry Chef Michael Ruiz. 

 

Be sure to stop and check out our featured vendor on-site Cempaxochilt Arts. Mayra is a Xicana watercolor artist who creates originals and prints of watercolor paintings that create a window into her Latinx and Indigenous roots.

 

Tickets are $30 and they will sell out! Nos vemos pronto. 

 

 
We've worked directly with our pastry Chef, Michael Ruiz, and our Director of Innovation, Andy Parker, to create five delicious pairings. 

Que Buena Lime + Coconut Ginger:

This refreshing light amber lager is brewed with key limes and aged to perfection. Light and crisp, finishing tart, bursting with lime aroma and flavor, this brew will have you mixing the lime with our Coconut Ginger paleta and drinking it all up. 

 

Como La Flor + Hibiscus Raspberry:

This crisp, light blossom ale is brewed with roses, lavender, and hibiscus. With sweet floral and tart citrus aromas and flavors, it only makes sense to pair this beautifully colored pale rose beer with a hibiscus raspberry paleta. 

 

Mango Rico + Strawberry Lime:

Fresh tropical fruit flavors shine bright in this flavorful and refreshing IPA!  Brewed with delightful blends of Calypso, Cascade, and Azacca hops creates a hop profile loaded with citrus, tropical, and stone fruit flavors. A strawberry lime paleta on the side completes this fruity fiesta. 

 

Horchata Blonde + Banana Oat Milk:

This ale, brewed with rice, lactose sugar, flaked wheat, cinnamon, and vanilla, resembles traditional Mexican horchata. Sweet, balanced, and easy-drinking, it pairs deliciously with our creamy banana oat milk paleta.  

 

La Fiera + Pineapple Lemongrass:

Notes of tamarind, pink guava, and lemon shine through this crisp and refreshing sour ale. Since the tamarind pulp has a distinct stone fruit flavor and delicate acidity, when combined with a light sour beer base and rounded out by fresh guava, this blend of fruity flavors is both refreshing and complex. You’ll notice the notes of lemon in this brew while you enjoy our pineapple lemongrass paleta.


Our event runs from 12:00 - 4:00 PM. Please feel free to arrive any time between then!
