This year, we're taking our classic "Spears and Beers" pickle pairing and amping it up a notch. 

We're presenting a uniquely delicious menu curated by our very own Head Chef, Michael Ruiz. Featuring everything from pickled artichokes to pickled pears, this pickled pairing might just be the most unique pairing event we've done yet.

You'll receive a flight of five 4oz pours of speciality Denver Beer Co beer along with five pickled foods.
Pickled Pairing Menu: 

Pickled Artichokes: Artichokes, balsamic, garlic, rosemary, roasted red peppers, and chili flakes

Paired with: Juicy Freak IPA

Giardiniera: Cauliflower, onions, carrots, poblano peppers, serrano peppers
Paired with: Belgian Tripel

Pickle Spears: Our house pickles in a spear
Paired with: Lowry Lager


Pickled Radishes: Escabeche style pickled radishes w/red onions and cilantro
Paired with: Princess Yum Yum Raspberry Kolsch 

Pickled Pears: Sweet-sour pears and ginger
Paired with: Nitro Dark Cherry Sour
